Return and Exchange Policy
Once a piece has been purchased and shipped, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are FINAL!
If your jewelry has been delivered and damaged, please contact me within 2 business days, so we can discuss and review next steps. Normal wear is not covered by this policy.
Payment Policy
Payment information is secured and processed through trusted third-party providers/platforms. BT silver doesn't sell, share, or keep private personal information.
BT silver accepts major debit/credit cards as well as other secure payment options at checkout. Sales tax will be applied required by law.
Items/Orders will NOT ship unless paid for in FULL!
Shipping Policy
I personally package and ship every order from Hudson, Wisconsin.
Every order is sent through USPS and once I receive a tracking number for your purchase I will send it to you asap.
BT Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order is scanned by the carrier. Please contact USPS for any delivery issues.
